- Are there any homesites available?
Yes. We are currently in Phase I and there are still gorgeous, countryside homesites available. Once Phase I is complete, we will begin Phase II with lots to the south of the existing Phase I.
- What amenities are available at The Lakes at Northridge?
Amenities include: spacious one-acre sites, paved streets and walking paths, common areas, stocked azure lakes, city sewer, natural gas, rural water and cable/DSL.
- In which school district is The Lakes at Northridge located?
The Lakes at Northridge lies within the Circle school district (USD 375, in Towanda, Kansas. However, there are also other school districts easily accessible, including Augusta (USD 402) which has open enrollment.
- Are there any building requirements/restrictions at The Lakes at Northridge?
Homes start at $175,000. We have an open builder plan. There are low specials. Please contact us for more details on building requirements.
- Where is The Lakes located?
We are just 10 minutes east of K-96 on 21st Street. At 21st and Ohio Street in Augusta, go north 1/2 mile to The Lakes at Northridge.
